I was going to run, but it was ridiculously cold and windy. And my leg is killing me - left leg, deep pain running down my thigh. I have no idea where this came from.

My left leg is absolutely killing me - from about the knee down it goes through phases of numbness, tingling, then pain. And there is deep pain in my thigh. I am sure it is some inflammation pinching...

I still have that sciatica in my left leg, but it is getting better. It only hurts after standing up (or running) a long time. A little more motrin, etc...
